I pretty much only worked in Real Estate ever since I graduated from the university. I started as the Assistant City Manager for Edinburgh, overseeing a portfolio of high-ticket buildings, responsible for day-to-day operations of these assets, including leasing activities, property management, P&L responsibilities etc. This is the time when I completely got stuck into the nitty gritty of asset management. 

Working for the biggest start-up in Student Accommodation sector which quickly became 3rd biggest player on the UK market. Our Edinburgh portfolio, despite the high-ticket price, always achieved 100% occupancy in this competitive market. Moreover, our NPS score was 97 point, which is equivalent to scores received by Apple or Amazon. 

Shortly after starting in Edinburgh, I got promoted to Operations Manager position in Liverpool. Taking on senior management responsibilities within the business, directly overseeing and reporting on annual budgets to ensure KPIs are achieved in this highly competitive market. 

Working in Student Accommodation teaches you a lot, you deal with young adults who are away from home for the first time in their life, going through a lot of struggles.
